Discovery: Rogue Planet is a single-player virtual reality game for Meta Quest and other supported platforms where available.
The game is provided for personal entertainment use only. You may not use the game for commercial purposes unless we give you written permission.
Discovery: Rogue Planet may be distributed through third-party platforms, including Meta Quest and Steam.
Your use of the game may also be subject to the terms, policies, and rules of the platform where you purchased or downloaded it. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the platform’s required terms, the platform terms may apply where required.
Purchases, refunds, taxes, and payment processing are handled by the platform where you purchase the game, such as Meta Quest or Steam.
We do not directly process payment information. Refund requests should be submitted through the platform where the purchase was made.
When you purchase or download Discovery: Rogue Planet, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the game for personal use.

Discovery: Rogue Planet is a single-player game and does not require players to upload user-generated content.
If you create videos, livestreams, screenshots, reviews, or other content featuring the game, you may share that content for personal, editorial, or creator purposes, subject to platform rules and applicable law.
We may share or repost publicly available content about the game, such as gameplay clips, reviews, or social media posts, with credit where practical.
Virtual reality can cause discomfort for some users, including motion sickness, dizziness, eye strain, or disorientation.
Before playing, make sure you are in a safe play area and follow all safety instructions provided by your VR headset manufacturer and platform provider.
Stop playing immediately if you feel discomfort, dizziness, nausea, eye strain, or any other symptoms.
We may update, patch, modify, or discontinue parts of the game or related services at any time.
Updates may include bug fixes, performance improvements, gameplay changes, content changes, or compatibility updates.
Discovery: Rogue Planet is provided "as is" and "as available".
We do not guarantee that the game will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every device, or free from bugs. We will make reasonable efforts to fix issues, but we cannot guarantee perfect performance.
